We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Once your order is placed, it will be processed, fulfilled, and shipped.

Shipping Policy
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Lashiq is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Once your order has been shipped and handed to USPS, we cannot make any changes to the address or delivery details.

If you experience issues with your shipment such as delays, lost packages, or tracking concerns, please contact your local USPS directly. Once a package is scanned and in the possession of USPS, they are the only party who can provide updated tracking information or delivery support. Lashiq is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages.
