You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Lashiq is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Once your order has been shipped and handed to USPS, we cannot make any changes to the address or delivery details.

Once a package is scanned and in the possession of USPS, they are the only party who can provide updated tracking information or delivery support.
